No Quibble 14-Day Return Policy

At iongut.co.uk, we operate a no quibble 14-day return policy*. Additionally, the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR) give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 14 calendar days for any reason.

*We accept returns of products returned in perfect, re-saleable condition, i.e., in original, undamaged packaging, not used, with protective seal in place.

Important Considerations

– iongut.co.uk cannot be held liable or responsible for allergic reactions or products that “do not agree” with a customer.
– Please thoroughly research the product and its ingredients prior to purchase and again before breaking the seal/taking the supplement. Consider your own health, current medications, and any other factors that may influence the product’s effect on you.

Returns Process

– Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of the date of dispatch of the original order. Extensions on this timescale will not be granted unless the circumstances are highly unusual.
– If a brand or manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee on their products, this only applies when purchasing directly from their site unless otherwise stated by us. We cannot honor such guarantees for products purchased from us.
– To cancel your order or return an item, please email help@iongut.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. Await authorisation and further instructions before returning the item.

Special Order Items, Sale Items & Short-Dated Items

– We are unable to accept returns or refunds for Special Order Items, Sale Items, or Short-Dated Items. It is your responsibility to ensure these specific products are suitable for your needs.

Additional Information

– Returns may be void without prior authorisation.
– Orders taking advantage of free postage may have this amount debited from their refund if the return is no fault of the seller.
– Refusing a parcel does not constitute an authorised return. If a courier delivery is refused through no fault of the seller, the outbound postage cost and any return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
– Ensure any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage.
– We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods or offer store credit as agreed.
– Orders returned via a wholesale account or a practitioner bulk buy will be subject to a restocking fee.
– If the goods are returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
